Estate Pinot Noir

Coombe Farm Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from cool climate Yarra Valley vineyards. The fruit is hand harvested in a series of small batches.
Each batch is fermented separately in open top fermenters, with around one quarter of the fruit included as whole bunches. The wine then matures in a mix of new, one and two year old French oak barrels for 10 months.
Crimson red, Coombe Farm Estate Pinot Noir has bright fruit flavours, velvety tannins and toasty oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
